Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Pierce sweet potatoes several times with the tines of a fork or a knife.
Rub olive oil on the skins of the sweet potatoes then sprinkle with kosher salt.
Arrange sweet potatoes in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook 30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until blended.
