Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 ripe banana , peeled
  • 5 nilla wafer cookies , about 1/4 cup
  • 1 container (5.3 oz.) coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In blender combine coconut water, banana, nilla wafer cookies, coconut yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Puree until smooth.

Notes

Yield: 2 cups
