- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 ripe banana , peeled
- 5 nilla wafer cookies , about 1/4 cup
- 1 container (5.3 oz.) coconut Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
In blender combine coconut water, banana, nilla wafer cookies, coconut yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
Puree until smooth.
Yield: 2 cups
