  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon, sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper until blended;.
  • Place lettuces in serving bowl. Top with cranberries, cheese, walnuts and red onion.
  • Toss with 6 Tablespoons vinaigrette and serve remaining vinaigrette on the side.
