Ingredients

  • 1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 Tbs. taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbs lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup sliced scallion
  • cilantro sprigs

Instructions

  • Combine sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice and lime zest.
  • Top with tomato, scallion and cilantro sprigs.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite vegetable dippers!

Makes 3 cups.
Dip makes 24 servings (2 Tablespoons per servng)
