Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower pizza crust
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbs. homemade taco seasoning or store bought taco seasoning
  • ½ cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup shredded taco cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, pitted and chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Bake cauliflower crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan, top side down, 10 minutes. Turn and bake, top side up, an additional 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef and taco seasoning until beef is browned and cooked through.
  • Spread taco sauce over top of pizza crust and top with beef mixture and shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Top with lettuce, salsa, avocado, scallions and cilantro leaves.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
