  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower pizza crust
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbs. homemade taco seasoning or store bought taco seasoning
  • ½ cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup shredded taco cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, pitted and chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • Lime wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Bake cauliflower crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan, top side down, 10 minutes. Turn and bake, top side up, an additional 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef and taco seasoning until beef is browned and cooked through.
  3. Spread taco sauce over top of pizza crust and top with beef mixture and shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

  4. Top with lettuce, salsa, avocado, scallions and cilantro leaves.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.
