Chopped BLT Salad with Creamy Dill Dressing
The BLT Sandwich, an all-American classic, is transformed into a salad. All the flavors of a BLT, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes in my homemade mayonnaise salad dressing, are in every bite of this refreshing chopped salad.

Salad
- 6 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon or bacon bits
Creamy Dill Salad Dressing
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, dill, vinegar, garlic powder and kosher salt. Stir until blended.
Makes 6 cups tossed salad.
Yield: 1 cup salad dressing.
