In bowl combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and vanilla stirring until sugar has dissolved and mixture is blended and smooth.
Sir in flour and salt until a dough forms. If you prefer a softer cookie dough you can add an additional 1 Tablespoon of milk.
Stir in mini chips.
Using a #60 scooper, or your hands, shape into 24 balls. Chill if you prefer a firmer cookie dough.
Drizzle with hot fudge topping, if desired
Makes about 24 cookie bites.

- Microwave the flour until it reaches 160 degrees.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and “toast” or bake the flour for about 5 minutes.
