  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
  • In bowl combine bananas, butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla until blended.
  • Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt until just combined.
  • Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake 1 hour. Loosely cover with foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan 20 minutes. Taking bread out of pan sooner might cause it to fall apart!
  • Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
  • Slice and enjoy!
