If it’s apple season it must be apple cider season! The rich intense spiced apple flavor of cider makes me think of falling leaves, pumpkins, crisp autumn evenings and bushels and bushels of red, green and golden apples. Apple cider, also known as sweet cider and soft cider, is the official state beverage of New Hampshire and is especially fabulously delicious when made into Apple Cider Sangria! Serve in trendy stemless wine glasses and you’ll be right in style! Cheers!
